DAYCARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Daycare Registration Form must be completely accomplished by the parent or guardian of the child.
Upon registration, a valid I.D. card of the parent or guardian must be presented. The parent or guardian who registered the child shall be the only person who can fetch the child.
SHS-SV will not be liable for any lost or misplaced personal items and belongings.
SHS-SV does not allow the taking out of any toys, supplies, materials, etc., belonging to and from the play center. In case of damage of the Daycare Center’s materials, equipment and toys by the child, the same shall be replaced or paid for by the parent or the guardian concerned.
While SHS-SV guarantees the safety of the child while in the Daycare, SHS-SV will not be liable for any injury caused to the child by any toy, equipment and/or furniture at the Daycare Center. In this matter, SHS-SV shall be held “Free and harmless” from whatever suit or claim from the parent or guardian arising from the injury caused to the child during his/her stay in the Daycare Center.
SHS reserves the right to refuse any child who is declared unfit to use the facilities of the Daycare Center.
Fees shall be computed on an hourly basis and shall be based on the actual time consumed, following the clock of the Daycare Center. A fraction of an hour or less than 30 minutes shall be computed as half hour, and a fraction of an hour or more than 30 minutes shall be computed as one hour.
